As Finance and Operations Specialist at LCF, Rachelle provides comprehensive support to managing the Social Impact Fund and Housing Action Committee Strategy.
Rachelle has worked in the not-for-profit sector for more than 10 years in Social Enterprise and Community Development during which time she has worked with over 200 volunteers!
Drawing on her experience as an entrepreneur, she enjoys serving as a volunteer youth mentor at The Small Business Centre, supporting budding new business owners on their road to success.
Hailing from Nova Scotia, Rachelle holds a B.A in English Literature from Cape Breton University and is a lifelong learner.
