CCLC - Dundas Street

Loan:

Affordable Units:

$1.89M 64

Description:

Canada has targeted over 400,000 immigrants per year between 2021 and 2023. With these numbers and a shortage of housing, and even more severe shortage of affordable housing, there is a tremendous need for these proposed units and supports. CCLC intends to partner with CMHC National Housing Strategy to assist in pre-development expenses and long term mortgage capital. At this time, the project has a Seed Funding application in for review. Within this partnership, CCLC will be committed to affordable housing and will be dedicating over 50% of the residential units at 80% (or less) of the Median Market Rent as determined in the latest CMHC Housing Survey for London East.
