The global pandemic has made many of us think about our own mortality, and the kind of legacy we’d like to leave behind when we pass away. In fact, at LCF we’ve seen an extraordinary increase in the number of donors who wish to learn more about making a gift in their will to London Community Foundation.

Making an estate gift through LCF is easy – we work with you and/or your lawyer to create a fund in your name along with a customized plan outlining things like the charities you wish to support or the loved ones you’d like to be the advisors of your fund. Your gift will be invested in perpetuity and the earnings from the fund will support charitable work, forever – it’s that easy!

As a legacy donor, you’ll join the Lorraine Ivey Shuttleworth Society – joining your fellow community leaders, more than 100 people strong, in providing a sustainable source of funding for future generations across London and Middlesex County, and making our communities stronger, year after year.
