Diane Silva

Diane Silva is the President and CEO of London Community Foundation. She leads the Foundation in furthering its vision of a community working together to enrich the quality of life for all. Her focus is on transforming how the Foundation leverages its assets for community building, with an emphasis on donor services and community impact. Since joining the Foundation in 2013, previously as Director of Philanthropy, Diane has significantly elevated the Foundation’s profile and supported its growth, increasing the endowment from $50 million to $125 million. Under her leadership, London Community Foundation is continuing to thrive, building on its 70-year history of serving the community

Diane began her career at the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), where she was responsible for the London and Regional office’s Human Resources and Financial Services. Following her role at MPAC, Diane served over eight years at the Richard Ivey School of Business, holding progressive management positions in development, alumni relations, and Executive Development where she worked with Fortune 500 companies and Ivey’s alumni. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University.  

Outside of work and volunteering, Diane loves spending quality time with family and friends and her grandson.
