MAKING MUSIC The London Community Foundation provides support for Conservatory Canada to create a new music program.
Conservatory Canada realizes the value of a comprehensive, systematic course of study to develop the best music skills in students. Children who study music have been shown to test higher in math, concentrate longer in school, and be less likely to abuse drugs. With the assistance of a grant from London Community Foundation, Conservatory Canada continues to develop contemporary idioms syllabus so students can prepare for their music examinations playing legitimate modern repertoire in Swing, Latin or Rock styles.
